By accessing and using MushBucketsPro ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

MushBucketsPro is a mushroom cultivation management system that allows users to track and manage mushroom production processes using QR codes and digital monitoring tools.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free Plan and Subscription Plans

Upon registration, all users begin with a Free Plan that includes:

  • Access to manage up to 3 buckets
  • 1 space for your cultivation area
  • 2 rooms (1 incubation room and 1 frutification room)

We offer upgraded subscription plans: Basic, Silver, and Gold. Each plan has specific limitations regarding the number of buckets, spaces, and rooms that can be managed. Exceeding these limits requires upgrading to a higher tier plan.

5. Payment Terms and Plan Changes

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • When upgrading to a higher plan during an active subscription period, the remaining value of your current plan will not be refunded or prorated
  • New plan subscriptions begin immediately upon upgrade, with a new billing cycle starting on the upgrade date

6. Use of Service

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service

7. Data Rights

You retain all rights to your data. We will not share or sell your cultivation data with third parties.

8. Referral Program

MushBucketsPro offers a referral program that allows users to earn commissions when they refer new users who subscribe to paid plans. Terms of the referral program are subject to change and may be updated separately from these Terms of Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
