Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

All new users automatically receive access to our Free Plan which includes management of up to 3 buckets, 1 space, and 2 rooms (1 incubation room and 1 frutification room). The Free Plan has no time limit and requires no payment information.

2. Subscription Payments

When upgrading from the Free Plan, we offer two payment options:

  • Monthly subscription - billed monthly
  • Annual subscription - billed annually with a discount

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing the service for more than 24 hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Within 14 days of an annual subscription purchase if you haven't extensively used the service beyond the Free Plan capabilities

Refunds are not available for:

  • Monthly subscriptions after payment
  • Partial months of service
  • Annual subscriptions after 14 days or extensive use
  • Service cancellation after the refund period

4. Pro-rated Refunds

For annual subscriptions cancelled within the 14-day period, we will issue a full refund. After this period, refunds are not available, but your service will continue until the end of the billing period.

5. Plan Changes and Downgrades

When you cancel a paid subscription, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free Plan with its associated limitations (3 buckets, 1 space, 2 rooms). Any data exceeding these limits will remain stored but will not be accessible until you upgrade again.

Upgrading During Active Subscription: If you choose to upgrade your subscription while you have an active paid plan, please note that you will not be refunded the remaining value of your current plan. The new plan will take effect immediately upon upgrade, and your billing cycle will restart on that date. A confirmation message will be displayed before you complete the upgrade process to ensure you understand these terms.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team through the website
  • Provide your account details and reason for the refund
  • Include any relevant documentation

7. Processing Time

Refund requests are processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

8. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Through your account settings
  • By contacting customer support

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free Plan.
